It is the third season of The Devil's Plan. It features 16 contestants. Its 14 episodes are scheduled for release over 3 weeks.

The premiere date, cast size and episode count are based on Netflix's announcement on October 13, 2026.

## Premiere date and show details

The premiere date is Tuesday, November 10, 2026. Only their announced backgrounds are included. Results from previous shows, including wins and eliminations, have been left out.

| Contestant | Background listed in the official announcement |
| --- | --- |
| Kim Dong-jae | The Devil's Plan Season 1, poker |
| Nucksal | Rapper, board game enthusiast |
| Seo Chul-gu | Rapper, Bloody Game 2 and 3 |
| Stella Jang | Singer-songwriter |
| Shindong | The Great Escape series |
| Oh Hyun-min | Previously teamed up with Jang Dong-min |
| Yurisa | Has competed in poker tournaments |
| Lee Do | Instructor, Better Late Than Single |
| Jang Dong-min | Experience on survival shows |
| Jaejae | Girls' High School Mystery Class |
| Jung Won-young | Experience in an in-house survival competition and board game tournaments |
| Jung Hyun-gyu | The Devil's Plan: Death Room |
| John Park | The Time Hotel |
| Ha Seok-jin | The Devil's Plan Season 1 |
| Hyun Kyung-ryul | Society Game, worked at Google |
| Hong Jin-ho | Professional poker player |

## Returning contestants and newcomers

**3 contestants** are explicitly identified as having appeared in a previous season. Kim Dong-jae and Ha Seok-jin appeared in Season 1. Jung Hyun-gyu competed in Season 2, The Devil's Plan: Death Room.

| Category | Contestants | Basis for classification |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Returning from Season 1 | Kim Dong-jae, Ha Seok-jin | The official introductions specify Season 1 appearances |
| Returning from Season 2 | Jung Hyun-gyu | The official introduction specifies a Death Room appearance |
| Joining this season without a listed previous appearance | Nucksal, Seo Chul-gu, Stella Jang, Shindong, Oh Hyun-min, Yurisa, Lee Do, Jang Dong-min, Jaejae, Jung Won-young, John Park, Hyun Kyung-ryul, Hong Jin-ho | The official introductions do not list previous appearances on The Devil's Plan |

Being new to this show is not the same as being new to survival competitions. The cast also includes people with experience on other competition shows. The remaining 13 contestants therefore cannot all be described as first-time survival show contestants.

## Spoiler-free premise and what the title means

This reality competition uses brain games and strategy to determine a final winner. Veterans of survival shows and newcomers compete on the same stage. The actual results cannot be known from announcements made before the premiere.

The subtitle Dead Again refers to another attempt by experienced contestants who have faced elimination. That is Netflix's explanation of the title. It does not mean that specific rules for a comeback round have been announced.

## What does a 14-episode release over 3 weeks mean for the schedule?

The 14 episodes are the show's total length, while 3 weeks is its release period. This does not say that every episode will be released on the first day. The October 13 announcement does not say how many episodes will be released each week.

| Detail to check | What the announcement confirms |
| --- | --- |
| Premiere | November 10, 2026 |
| Total length | 14 episodes |
| Release period | 3 weeks |
| Number of episodes released on the first day | Not stated in this announcement |
| Release dates for later episodes | Not stated in this announcement |
| Final episode release date | Not stated in this announcement |

The final release date should not be calculated from the 3-week period alone. No details say that episodes will be released on the same day each week. The exact episode schedule must be checked in a further Netflix announcement.

## What to watch for

The differences in contestants' experience are something to watch for in the official introduction. The points below are ways to follow the show based on their backgrounds, not grounds for predicting any contestant's performance.

- Watch how returning contestants adapt to new games.
- Compare whether experience from other survival shows carries over to this season's rules.
- Observe how poker and board game experience affects how contestants assess information.
- See whether people who worked together before continue to do so this time.

## How to watch on Netflix and where to check before the premiere

The show can be found on [Netflix's The Devil's Plan page](https://www.netflix.com/title/81653386). The Season 3 teaser is available before the premiere. The full season begins on November 10, 2026.

| Purpose | Official source | What to check |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Get a preview before the premiere | Season 3 teaser on the show page | Trailer |
| Watch the show | Netflix show page | Available Season 3 episodes |
| Check the schedule and cast | About Netflix newsroom | Premiere date and cast announcement |

1. Search for The Devil's Plan on Netflix.
2. Check the season and video title on the show page.
3. After the premiere, select an available Season 3 episode.

The announcement for this season does not include membership prices. Check Netflix's membership information for your region for pricing. (Verified monthly membership prices in South Korea: Standard with ads 7,000 won, Standard 13,500 won, Premium 17,000 won · source: help.netflix.com · checked 2026-10-17) The newsroom is where you can check the announcement, not where you play the episodes.

## How to distinguish this season from earlier ones on the show page

Do not assume that episode details on the show page belong to Season 3. The page checked showed episodes from an earlier season alongside the Season 3 teaser. The page's overall title alone does not identify the season of each video.

| Information shown on the page | What to check |
| --- | --- |
| Season 3 teaser | Check whether it is a trailer rather than an episode |
| Episode list | Check which season is selected |
| Episode runtimes | Check whether they belong to an earlier season |
| Some cast members shown | Compare with the full official list of 16 |

## Frequently asked questions

### Is Dead Again Season 3 of The Devil's Plan?

It is the third season of The Devil's Plan. Season 2 is subtitled Death Room. Dead Again is the subtitle of this season.

### Are Ha Seok-jin, Jung Hyun-gyu and Kim Dong-jae all appearing?

All three are on the official cast list. Ha Seok-jin and Kim Dong-jae are Season 1 contestants. Jung Hyun-gyu is a Season 2 contestant.

### Can I watch all 14 episodes on November 10?

The announced plan is to release them in stages over 3 weeks. This announcement does not specify how many episodes will be released on the first day. It should not be understood as a simultaneous release of all 14 episodes.

### Are all the newcomers first-time survival show contestants?

They cannot be classified that way. Some have appeared on other survival or mystery shows. Previous appearances on The Devil's Plan should be distinguished from experience on other shows.

### Do I need to watch the earlier seasons first?

There is no statement that watching the earlier seasons is required. Returning contestants' past appearances can be seen in those seasons. However, articles covering results from earlier seasons may contain spoilers.

### Have episode runtimes and the final release date also been announced?

Neither appears in the October 13 announcement. It specifies only the 14-episode total and the plan to release them over 3 weeks. Check further announcements for the detailed schedule.

The Devil's Plan: Dead Again premieres on Netflix on November 10, 2026.
