Refund Policy

This policy applies to payments for Injoys paid content API plans. The free plan involves no payment.
1. Scope
This policy applies to subscription payments, usage-based payments, and prepaid credit purchases (one-time packs) for paid API plans. The operator is CGWEB Inc. (씨지웹주식회사).
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you request a refund within 30 days of your first payment, we refund the full amount. For prepaid credit purchases (one-time packs), we refund in full if requested within 30 days of purchase and the credits are unused; if partially used, we may refund the remaining credits after deducting the amount corresponding to the credits already used. Credits do not expire. Refund requests can be submitted via the contact page or the channel provided at payment.
3. Subscription Cancellation
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, billing stops from the next billing date, and the already-paid period remains usable until it expires.
4. Processing by Payment Method
Refunds for domestic payments (Toss Payments) are processed by the Company. Purchases made through Paddle are refunded by Paddle as the Merchant of Record; you may request through either our contact page or Paddle support.
5. Processing Time
Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 3-10 business days after approval in principle. Timing may vary depending on the card issuer or payment provider.
6. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
The 30-day money-back guarantee above is a policy the Company offers voluntarily and does not limit the right of withdrawal guaranteed by applicable laws such as the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. You can try the service before paying through the free plan, and the Company also displays on each payment screen that withdrawal may be restricted. Accordingly, the statutory restriction on withdrawal applies to the portion already delivered, such as usage or credits you have consumed. Your right of withdrawal for the portion not yet delivered is not restricted. For international payments (Paddle), Paddle handles withdrawal and refunds as the seller and the law of your country of residence applies.
