On-Site Sales of Canceled Tickets and Separate Purchase Eligibility
On-site sales of canceled tickets are separate from on-site purchases for spectators who have difficulty booking online. If no tickets have been canceled, general on-site purchases may not be possible. The KBO notice describes sales of canceled tickets as follows:
If canceled tickets are available, they are scheduled to go on sale at the venue starting two hours before the game on the day of the game.
The quoted document is KBO's “2026 Shinhan SOL KBO Semi-Playoff Ticket Booking” notice.

When the Age and Birth Date Rules for Older Adults Differ

Series Overview and What to Watch
This semi-playoff is a best-of-five series. The first team to win three games advances to the playoffs. The teams' accumulated wins, rather than the number of games played, determine whether the next game takes place.
Results of earlier games | Whether later games take place
One team has three wins after Game 3 | Games 4 and 5 are not played
Neither team has reached three wins after Game 3 | Game 4 is needed
One team has three wins after Game 4 | Game 5 is not played
Both teams have two wins after Game 4, with no ties | Game 5 is needed
As you follow the series, watch its move from Gwangju to Jamsil. LG becomes the home team starting with Game 3. If Game 5 is needed, it will be played at KIA's home stadium again.
Ticket Handling for Rain Postponements and Early Series Endings
Rain postponements and an early end to the series are handled differently for ticket purposes. If rain prevents a game from being played, it is generally postponed until the next day. Games unaffected by the change proceed as scheduled.
Situation | Game or booking handling
Game date changes because of rain | Attend on the new date or choose to cancel the entire booking
Cancellation on the day a rain postponement is announced | Cancellation fee waived for web and mobile cancellations until midnight that day
Remaining games are not played because the series winner has been decided | All bookings for those games are canceled
Game is temporarily stopped after it starts | Suspended-game rules apply; check the separate attendance guidance
KBO will not apply no-game rulings or rain-shortened game rules this postseason. A suspended game resumes from where it stopped. The rules for conducting games are set out in the KBO postseason opening notice.
If you are planning a trip, keep track of both the game you booked and the date it will actually be played. If the game date changes, check your transportation booking date again. Before leaving, compare KBO notices with your NOL Ticket booking details.
Attending in Person or Watching a Broadcast
If you are not going to the stadium, check the broadcast schedule for each game. The TV column for the semi-playoffs was blank on the official KBO schedule checked for this article. Do not assume the broadcast channels will be the same as during the regular season.
