How to Book Tickets Through YES24

Book general tickets using a YES24 account under the attendee’s own name. According to the official information, the purchase limit is six tickets per person. Early-bird purchases are also included in this limit.

2. Select a 1-day, 2-day, or 3-day ticket that matches the dates you wish to attend.

International rock bands will perform alongside Korean bands and solo musicians. Avenged Sevenfold and Megadeth, which were introduced by Dynamic Busan, will perform on different days. Songgolmae and HANRORO are included in the Sunday lineup.

To enter, you must exchange your mobile ticket for a wristband. Your identity as the person who made the booking will be verified on site using your ID. A separate physical paper ticket will not be provided.

2. Present your mobile ticket and ID on site.
3. Receive a wristband from a staff member and put it on.
4. Enter after completing the security screening for brought-in items.

One wristband is issued once for each ticket in a booking. You must keep it on until the end of the festival to re-enter. It will not be reissued if lost or damaged.

Restricted Items and What to Bring

Outside food and beverages are generally restricted. However, the official information lists exceptions such as lunchboxes and bottled water. Check the container and quantity requirements when preparing.

Umbrellas, parasols, and picnic mats are prohibited in standing zones. Use picnic mats in the designated picnic zone. The use of permitted items may also be restricted depending on on-site conditions.

Easily Missed Conditions When Attending Only Friday and Sunday

If you plan to visit only on Friday and Sunday, compare two separate 1-day tickets. Two regular 1-day tickets total 240,000 won. This is 26,000 won less than the 266,000-won regular 3-day ticket.

This calculation compares ticket prices excluding discounts and booking fees. For the Hometown Love Donation discount, consider the donation expenditure separately. Do not compare total expenditure using only the on-site balance of 236,000 won.

For 2-day and 3-day tickets, the wristband must remain on continuously after it is first put on. Do not remove or damage it even if you return to your accommodations between festival days. It also cannot be shared with different people on different dates.

How to Check Booking Cancellations and Refunds

Process cancellations through YES24’s booking confirmation and cancellation menu. Check the actual cancellation deadline and fees in your booking details. Performance-specific notices take precedence over general cancellation information.

1. Log in to the YES24 account used for the booking.
2. Open the applicable booking under Booking Confirmation/Cancellation in MY Ticket.

Even within seven days of booking, cancellation is not always free of charge. If the performance date is approaching, fees based on the attendance date may apply. Also distinguish between the refund conditions for the ticket price and the booking fee.
