Comparison of Closing Times and Initial Entry Deadlines
The deadline for initial entry is earlier than the closing time. If you arrive in the afternoon, check the deadlines below first. Even if you have a ticket, you cannot enter after the initial entry deadline.

September 21 | 15:00 | 15:30 | 16:00
General entrances are divided between the Halls 1~8 side and the Halls 9~11 side. After initial entry, movement between the two areas is restricted until 10:00 in the morning. For this reason, it is best to choose an entrance based on the first booth you plan to visit.
Belongings are inspected upon entry. Entry to crowded areas may be temporarily restricted. Waiting overnight around the venue is prohibited. This information is based on the organizer's visitor guidelines.

How to Plan Both an On-Site Visit and Online Viewing
You can choose separate dates for visiting the venue and watching broadcasts. General visitors can also check online programming from the Business Days. The published schedule also includes broadcasts before the event opens.
Purpose | Method to Choose | Conditions to Check
Try games in person | Attend on a Public Day | Admission ticket and demo conditions for each booth
Focus on announcements and stages | Official online broadcast | Broadcast link for the relevant program
Watch broadcasts after visiting the venue | Combine a visit with evening programming | Travel time and broadcast start time
For example, the exhibition venue closes at 17:00 on September 20 (Japan). GAME MUSIC CLUB is scheduled for 20:00 on the same day. You can therefore schedule the broadcast separately after the venue closes. This example compares the event operating hours with the official schedule.
