How to Reserve an Incheon Park Golf Course Online

Apply through the park golf menu in the Incheon Facilities Corporation Integrated Reservation system. Reservation eligibility and on-site registration procedures vary by course. The phone numbers are for operational inquiries; you must separately confirm whether phone reservations are available.

1. Check the course's notices to see whether it will be open on your visit date.

3. Select Songdo, Cheongna, Asiad, or Gyeyang from the park golf menu.

Comparing Locations and Facilities at Songdo, Asiad, Cheongna, and Gyeyang

All four courses are operated by Incheon Facilities Corporation, but their locations and sizes differ. Songdo is in Dalbit Park. Cheongna is within the Gongchon Retention Basin Sports Facilities. Asiad and Gyeyang are courses built on stadium grounds.

Facility sizes and addresses were taken from the corporation's park golf course operating status information. Cheongna's parking lot and restrooms are also listed in the Gongchon Retention Basin Facility Overview. The indoor rest area is in the management building. The corporation advises taking sufficient breaks on hot days to prevent heat-related illness.

Having a parking lot does not mean parking is free. If you are driving, ask separately which parking lot to use and what the fees are. It is also best to check parking locations at Songdo, Asiad, and Gyeyang before leaving.

Admission and Equipment Rental Fees by Course

The standard admission fee at Songdo is 2,200 won. Public data lists the same amount for Asiad and Gyeyang. However, check the reservation screen or with the operator for the fee that applies on your actual visit date.

Do not wait until your visit date to attempt your first reservation just because you see wording about same-day registration. Check the online and on-site allocation ratio for the session you plan to attend.

In November, Songdo and Asiad operate from 08:00 to 17:00. Each day is divided into sessions, so you cannot simply stay and play for as long as you wish. Check ticketing times separately from playing start times.

Asiad's timetable is based on the Winter Operating Notice. Songdo uses a separate timetable from May to September. In summer, also check for notices about changes during extreme heat.

Songdo's Integrated Reservation information states that the course may close during rain or heavy snow. When the turf is wet, conditions may prevent the course from operating. Even if you visit after the rain stops, check whether it is open before leaving.

Cheongna's official guide also lists a closure period for turf planting. However, do not apply a period with no specified year to the following year's schedule. Checking notices for the month of your visit or asking the management office is more accurate.

Example Cost Calculation for a Songdo Visit

For someone paying the standard rate and renting equipment at Songdo, the total is 3,300 won. This adds the equipment rental fee to the standard admission fee. It assumes no discount applies.

Even When the Amount Is the Same, Check Group Size, Duration, and Applicable Dates

Cheongna's public data includes the wording “based on 4 people and 2 hours.” A separate facility guide distinguishes between standard and discounted rates. Do not calculate the payment for the entire group from this wording alone.
